We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate.

Minor variations in stitching, print placement, fabric texture or colour may occur as part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute faults.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change without notice.
Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. Pricing Errors
Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.
If a product has been incorrectly priced due to a technical issue, typographical error or human error, Forty Six Club reserves the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Your order is only accepted once you receive confirmation that it has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

Stock is unavailable.

7. Limited Drops
Many Forty Six Club collections are produced in limited quantities.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve stock.
Stock is only secured once payment has been successfully processed and your order has been accepted.
We cannot guarantee future availability or restocks unless expressly stated.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes:

Cannot usually be combined.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

May have expiry dates.

May be withdrawn or amended without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where we reasonably believe a promotion has been misused.
9. Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of contract.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered.
Ownership of the goods remains with Forty Six Club until full payment has been received.

Returns are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

Forty Six Club does not authorise the manufacture or sale of counterfeit products.
We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, online marketplaces and payment providers where counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement is identified.
