Forty Six Club – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Forty Six Club, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

This Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
Be in the same condition as when received.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Be free from stains, deodorant marks, make-up, fake tan, perfume, smoke, pet hair or any other signs of wear.
Include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

We kindly ask that all garments are tried on indoors and handled with reasonable care until you are certain you wish to keep them.

Returns showing signs of outdoor wear, washing, damage or excessive handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may not be accepted or may be subject to a reduction in refund where permitted by law.

How to Start a Return

The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with our returns address and full instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If your item is faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, Forty Six Club will arrange or reimburse the reasonable cost of return postage where appropriate.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and packaging your return securely, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. If an item is damaged during return due to inadequate packaging, we may reduce or refuse a refund where permitted by law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Exchanges

As many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

The quickest way to receive another size or item is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Where replacement stock is available, we will always do our best to help.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty or otherwise required by law, we cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards
Personalised or custom-made products
Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Sale items may only be returned where required by UK consumer law or where the item is faulty.

Limited Edition Collections

Many Forty Six Club products are released in limited quantities.

Whilst eligible items can be returned in accordance with this policy, we cannot guarantee that replacement sizes or exchanges will be available once stock has sold out.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided at checkout is accurate.

If an order is returned to us because:

An incorrect address was provided;
Delivery was refused (other than due to damage or our error); or
The parcel was not collected,

additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Right to Refuse Returns

Forty Six Club reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce a refund where permitted by law if:

The item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
The item has been worn, washed or altered.
Original tags have been removed.
The item has been returned in an unsanitary condition.
The item has been damaged after delivery through misuse, negligence or improper care.
We reasonably suspect abuse of our returns policy or fraudulent activity.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by UK consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at fortysixclub@yahoo.com.

Original delivery charges will only be refunded where required by law or where the return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to remedies where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at fortysixclub@yahoo.com with photographs and a description of the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase from us online and simply change your mind, you generally have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should only be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If an item has been handled more than necessary and its value has been reduced, we may make a deduction from your refund where permitted by law.

This cancellation right does not apply to personalised or bespoke products.

As Forty Six Club offers a 30-day returns policy, our policy is more generous than the minimum legal requirement.
